Anju’s career spans over 20 years in the field of Education and Training and Development.  It’s been a blend of working with the best corporate houses on one hand and reputed academic institutions on the other.

Her academic preparation is in the field of behavioural sciences, NLP & NAC (Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner and Neuro Associated Conditioning) as an ‘A’ grade trainer.  As a woman entrepreneur, she was chosen to be a part of the Goldman Sachs Scholarship Program, a management course based on entrepreneurship conducted by the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.  She is also a certified voice and accent trainer, training in voice overs for radio and films.

She has delivered training programs as a communication and behavioural science expert with some leading corporate houses such as IBM, Amdocs, Tata Group, Forbes Marshall, Shell Penzoil, Thyssun Krupp and Tehmi Grant Institute of Nursing, Sterling and Wilson to name a few.  She has also worked as a visiting professor for Personality Development at Institute of Business Management, Pune.  She has trained several batches of student of Aviation, Travel and Hospitality at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training at Pune and Gurgaon as their Personality Coach.

Her Management experience in the education industry includes working as an Admissions Manager at TASMAC, a business school in Pune for admissions to University of Wales, UK.  She also served as General Manager – Operations, running seven centres for SpeakEasy, an institute for Spoken English and Personality Development in Chennai.

Her interest in developmental and educational psychology led her to become a teacher as a part of Art of Living Foundation, conducting several “Happiness Programs”, “Know Your Child”  & “Know your Teens” workshops for parents at several schools in Kolkata.  She is also a Marma Practitioner under Ayurveda Science.
